For Cellular Expert Professional ArcView/ArcEditor and Spatial Analyst Extension licenses are required. 3D Analyst Extension is optional. GIS technology provides advanced reporting, data visualization and geostatistical analysis capabilities. It also enables location-based data integration into enterprise analysis and management processes.
